All I want to do is have an excuse to live in one of these cities. Hint, Hint a job would be fantastic.

Boston - I am obsessed with Boston. It is so charming and beautiful and clean and small but still has enough of the Big City feel.
NYC - Well, come on. It's New York. I still believe it really is the greatest city in the world.
